The Born This Way singer attended a press conference at the Taj Mansingh Hotel in New Delhi, India, earlier today, adorned in a floor grazing abstract print gown accented with a quirky up-do dyed in the colors of India’s flag. Hmm… The colorful gown is nice but paired with the hair, shades and chunky baubles, yikes!
